Sharon Montang

Sharon Montang

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Sharon, our loving mother, Mamaw, sister, and friend. She left us while sleeping peacefully in Meridian, Idaho. She was born December 8, 1953, in Sabine Parish, a daughter of the late Wiley Wedgeworth and Jewel Kelly Wedgeworth.

Sharon met her lifelong sweetheart through working at Stark’s in Many years ago. It took Ray a while to get Sharon to agree to date, but his hard work paid off. They fell in love, and got married on July 5, 1980. Ray adopted Connie and Danny, not long after and so their story began. A couple years later, Matt was born, and a year after that, Lori.

Notes from an Old Bible

In Paul’s second letter to Timothy he writes; “I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick (living) and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom; preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time WILL come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. They will be myth-taken and in so doing they will be MISTAKEN”!
